3.7 Execute Change Management Plan

Task Activities

  1. Customer

    Develop and deliver messages based on the Communications Plan

  2. Customer

    Monitor feedback from stakeholders and adjust Communications Plan

  3. Customer

    Update Communications Plan based on labor relations meetings

  4. Customer

    Update Workforce Assessment to identify any additional impacts to the workforce from the migration

  5. Customer

    Conduct additional Change Readiness Assessment to further understand stakeholder ability to adapt to change; update the Change Management Plan as necessary

  6. Provider

    Determine if provider needs to adjust staffing levels based on the requirements of the new customer and, if yes, develop staffing plan

  7. Shared

    Report updates in governance meetings and Status Reports/Dashboards, informing QSMOs as necessary
